How to Win
Drawing entries will be accepted during RMDC 2026, beginning Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 10:00am, and ending Saturday, January 24, 2026, at 1:00pm. A total of five (5) random drawings from received and qualified entries will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2026. The first four (4) winners will receive $500 each and the final one (1) winner will receive $1,000. Winners will be announced on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. The RMDC assumes no responsibility for unanticipated delays in holding such drawings.
How to Play
Prize Payout Cards are located in the official RMDC Convention Tote Bags. Entry cards must be stamped by all participating companies, as identified on the entry form as sponsors of the Prize Payout. Completed entries must be submitted at the Information Desk in Lobby D no later than Saturday, January 24, 2026, at 1:00pm. Entries must be verified by an MDDS staff member prior to submission. Entrants will be required to fill out a basic information sheet prior to submission. Only one (1) entry per attendee. All entries become the property of the RMDC and will not be returned. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. No responsibility is assumed for illegal, lost, misdirected or late entries.
Four (4) $500 Prize Payout prizes and one (1) $1,000 Prize Payout prize, for a total of five (5) prizes, will be awarded to five (5) unique entrants randomly selected by a drawing to be held on Saturday, January 25, 2025. Retail value of prizes is approximately $3,000.

No Purchase Necessary
No payment, proof of purchase or entry fee is required. Non-attendees of RMDC may enter the drawing as Guest Entrants. For information on qualifying as a Guest Entrant, send a self-addressed, stamped first-class envelope to RMDC Prize Payout, 925 Lincoln St, Unit B, Denver, CO 80203. Information on qualifying as a Guest Entrant will also be available at the RMDC Information Desk in Lobby D. Attendees and delegates of the RMDC may not qualify as Guest Entrants. The RMDC is not responsible if a potential Guest Entrant does not send for qualifying information in time to enter the drawing.
Taxes and Charges
Winning entrant is responsible for all applicable taxes (whether local, state, federal or international), surcharges, tariffs, duties, shipping and handling charges, and all other charges associated with the Prize Payout. Winning entrants are responsible for requirements related to the Prize Payout.
Warranty
Neither the RMDC nor its agents or agencies assume any responsibility for damages, losses, or injury resulting from the Prize Payout or its operations. The RMDC and its agencies and agents make no warranty of any kind regarding the Prize Payout. THE METRO DENVER DENTAL SOCIETY AND ITS AGENCIES AND AGENTS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDE ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OFFERED BY THE METRO DENVER DENTAL SOCIETY, ITS AGENCIES OR AGENTS WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF.
Odds
The odds of being selected to receive the five (5) Prize Payout prizes depend on the number of entrants which submit entries for the drawing.
Disclosure
Entry constitutes permission to disclose any provided information in an effort to comply with legally required disclosure, and/or for promotional and commercial purposes, except where prohibited by law. Any winning entrant may request verification that the advertised four (4) $500 and one (1) $1,000 Prize Payout prize matches that delivered.
Winning Entrants
Winning entrants will be required to participate in post-drawing publicity promotions. Winning entrants will be required to provide personal identification and verification of contact information to claim prize. Winning entrants may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within fourteen (14) days of drawing or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate entrant selected. MDDS reserves that exclusive right to determine whether any entrant meets any pre- or post-drawing requirement to claim any prizes. MDDS exclusively reserves all rights to provide adequate substitutes for the Prize Payout prize if such becomes undeliverable. Should winning entrant later be determined ineligible for any reason, MDDS reserves the right to conduct a random drawing at any time after the conclusion of the RMDC. Any alternate drawing is subject to scheduling by the RMDC without notice to any entrant.
Eligibility
Participation in drawing is open only to individuals registered for full conference delegates to the 2026 RMDC and qualified Guest Entrants. Companies represented by an individual delegate are not eligible for participation, and any such company does not have any claim to the prize awarded to the wining entrant. Employees and the families of employees of RMDC are ineligible for participation in drawing. Employees and the families of employees of any sponsor of the 2026 Prize Payout are ineligible for participation in drawing. Incomplete or illegible entries, or entries received after commencement of drawing, are not eligible. This offer is valid where prohibited, and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Sponsorship
The 2026 Prize Payout is a promotion organized by the RMDC in conjunction with those entities identified in the entry form as sponsors of the 2026 RMDC Prize Payout.
Submission
Submission of the entry form for verification by the RMDC by any entrant constitutes that entrant’s agreement to abide by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. The RMDC reserves the right to cancel or modify the drawing in any way, including, without limitation, to modify or amend these rules at any time and from time to time, until the opening of the Rocky Mountain Dental Convention on Thursday, January 22, 2025.
Dispute
Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action, arising out of or in connection with the Prize Payout, shall be resolved individually, without class action, and any judicial proceedings shall take place in the state or federal courts within the state of Colorado; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to out-of-pocket-costs incurred, including costs incurred in entering this giveaway, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (3) entrant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages and rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
