Dueling Piano Party $3,500 - 3 available

One of RMDC’s most popular and visible events! Formerly the Friday Night Party, attendees will be treated to a lively dueling piano show from Howl2GO. This sponsorship includes a reserved table, drink tickets, signage and recognition at the event.

Opening Session $3,000 - SOLD

Sponsorship will put your logo on all pre-show marketing and onsite signage plus an opportunity to distribute materials and address all 2,000+ opening session attendees.

Summit: CE & Demo Stage $4,000 - SOLD

The Summit: CE & Demo Stage sits in the middle of the Expo Hall and features CE lectures and product demonstrations for all dental professionals. Sponsorship includes signage, opportunity to place materials in the stage area, recognition in each session announcements and one (1) sponsored course (pending approval of content).

VIP Hospitality Lounge $1,600 - 3 available

Network with more than 150 dentist volunteers and convention speakers all 3 days in the hospitality lounge. Sponsors not only have access to this exclusive area but also have a table-top with signage and materials.

Expo Hall Reception $1,500 - 6 available

Help attendees unwind after a long day of courses at the Expo Hall Receptions held on Thursday and Friday. Sponsorship will display your company prominently at beverage stations and during reception announcements.

Tote Bag Insert $1,250 - 5 available

Distribute marketing materials to attendees by inserting a flyer or promotional item in the official RMDC Tote Bags.

Expo Hall Restroom Signs $1,000 - SOLD

Intimate exposure to almost 8,000 attendees using the Expo Hall restrooms. Custom signage in each stall and mirror to promote your product/service and booth number.

Summit: CE & Demo Stage Course Sponsor $750 - 8 available

One (1) hour education seminar on the Summit: CE & Demo Stage in the center of the Expo Hall. The course will be promoted in all convention promotion materials including the registration kit, online program, onsite guide and mobile app. Available to current exhibiting companies. Pending approval of the RMDC Programming Committee.

Snack Time $700

Drive traffic to your booth by offering snacks or beverages during publicized snack times.

Course Sponsor - Virtual Program $500

Sponsor one of the many webinars during the virtual programming of 2022 RMDC. Sponsorship includes logo on the course waiting room page and recognition during announcements. In addition, your logo will be included in the convention promotional materials and on the RMDC website.

Course Waiting Room - Virtual Program $300

Get your company logo prominently displayed in the virtual course waiting room attendees will enter prior to the lecture start time.

“Expo Hall Deal” Advertisement Placement on website and convention app!

Put your Expo Hall deal right in the attendees’ hands for free. Send your 610px (w) x 240px (h)* ad to Cara Stan, MDDS Director of Marketing, at marcom@mddsdentist.com for immediate placement on the RMDC website and app**. Ads will be placed in the order received.

*Ads must be sized properly. The specifications are 610px x 240px and at least 72dpi. We will accept .jpg, or .png, file types.
