Can I design a completely custom booth?
Yes, you can work with eShow, the virtual event platform provider, to create a unique custom booth. Email email@example.com to request details.
Will booth staff receive training on accessing their virtual booth and interacting with attendees?
Yes. We will provide a training video, as well as an instruction sheet for booth personnel to reference prior to and during the virtual expo hall.
How can I interact with convention attendees?
RMDC Anywhere features online chats, video chats, networking events and more.
How can I get a convention attendee list?
RMDC Anywhere exhibitors will receive an attendee list including mailing and email addresses as part of their booth package. Advertisers and sponsors can purchase this by completing a request form here.
Please Note: Third-party companies, who are not official RMDC Anywhere vendors, may solicit exhibitors for lead retrieval, mailing list sales and other trade show products and services. These organizations may misrepresent themselves as RMDC Anywhere official vendors. If you receive an email, fax or phone call from a source offering to sell you a discounted attendee list; please note these are not actual lists of registered attendees and these companies are NOT authorized RMDC Anywhere vendors.
How should I submit my application for space?
Will I receive training on how to “set up” my booth?
Yes. Soon, we will provide a video showing you how to upload pdf documents, videos and graphics to your booth. We also will provide an instruction sheet outlining the steps to complete booth set-up.
How do I register my company employees?
You may register your booth personnel online via the Exhibit Services Center. Exhibiting companies may register up to 10 employees for each virtual booth reserved. Exhibitor registration is not permitted for exhibitors’ clients or customers. Exhibitors will be charged the appropriate rate for employees beyond the number allowed.
Can attendees make appointments to talk to booth staff?
Yes, both before and during RMDC Anywhere, attendees can schedule an appointment to chat with your booth personnel.
Can I find out who visited my booth?
Complimentary analytics show you how many people visited your booth, viewed your materials and interacted with your booth staff. Lead retrieval (purchased separately via the platform provider) provides the names and contact information for everyone who visits your booth.
Are sponsorship and advertising options available for the virtual convention?
