Volunteer Info: Volunteer Opportunities at RMDC

Be a part of making the Rocky Mountain Dental Convention (RMDC) an exceptional event by serving as a volunteer in one of the following opportunities:

Speaker Host

Serving as a Speaker Host requires a one-day commitment. You will host your assigned speaker and assist them on the day of their presentation. You will also introduce them to the audience and accompany them to lunch in the VIP Hospitality Lounge. As a Speaker Host, you will receive a VIP Hospitality Lounge Pass for all three days of the convention.

View the Speaker List HERE.

Exhibit Host

An Exhibit Host serves for one day, Friday, January 22, taking an hour or so to visit with exhibitors in the Expo Hall to obtain feedback about their experience at the RMDC. This volunteer opportunity is available only to ADA member dentists. You will receive one VIP Hospitality Lounge Pass for Friday.

Greeter

A Greeter commits one hour of time on Thursday and/or Friday (6:45am-7:45am each day). Greeters welcome attendees with a smile and assist them with directions and questions. They help us create a warm and friendly atmosphere for attendees. You will receive one VIP Hospitality Lounge Pass for each day you greet.

Social Media Ambassador

A Social Media Ambassador commits to posting live from the convention (updates, photos and video) on their personal social sites and RMDC/MDDS’s, including Instagram and Facebook. Posting from courses, the Expo Hall and social events creates excitement and initiates online conversations.
