Volunteer Info: Volunteer Opportunities at RMDC

2023 RMDC

Be a part of making the Rocky Mountain Dental Convention (RMDC) an exceptional event by serving as a volunteer in one of the following opportunities:

Speaker Host

Serving as a Speaker Host requires a one-day commitment. You serve as a host for your assigned speaker, assisting them on the day of their presentation. In addition, you will introduce them to the audience and accompany them for lunch in the VIP Hospitality Lounge. You will receive a VIP Hospitality Lounge Pass for all three days of the convention as a Speaker Host.

Speaker List

Exhibit Host

An Exhibit Host serves for one, two or three days, taking an hour or so each day to visit with exhibitors in the Expo Hall to obtain feedback about their experience at the RMDC. This invaluable volunteer opportunity is available to ADA member dentists only. You will receive one VIP Hospitality Lounge Pass for each day you host.

Greeter

A Greeter commits two hours of time on Thursday and/or Friday (6:45am-8:00am each day). Greeters welcome attendees with a smile and assist them with directions and questions. They help us create a warm and friendly atmosphere for attendees. You will receive one VIP Hospitality Lounge Pass for each day you greet.

Social Media Ambassador

A Social Media Ambassador commits to posting live from the convention (updates, photos and video) on RMDC/MDDS social sites including Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Posting from courses, the expo hall and social events creates excitement and initiates online conversations.
